 My name is Amber Lundell and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in PMDD! I have over 4 years of direct experience with PMDD clients,  combined with personal experience and extensive study in all things PMDD, hormones, birth control, and menstrual cycle. I am passionate about teaching women about their cycle and helping them flow with their natural rhythms. 

After  hosting many rounds of live PMDD trainings for clinicians, I’ve created  this in-depth course to explain cycle syncing, PMDD diagnosis and  treatment, and all the tips for working with PMDD clients in the therapy  room.
